Privacy Policy

We want you to like doing business with Greg Facktor & Associates D/B/A Facktor (“Facktor”) and enjoy your visits to www.facktorhealth.com, so we respect your privacy. It's also just the right thing to do.

While we only do business in the U.S., we are aware that some users of this website may reside elsewhere, and so our privacy policies in compliance with requirements of the EEU. That’s OK with us, as these are pretty good rules for protecting all customers, no matter where they live.

We’ve always treated our customer information with utmost care, and that has not changed. Now we just get to tell you about it in more detail.

Collecting your information:
We only collect the information that we actually need. Some of that is information that you give us when you request information or decide to work with us. We store your name and contact information, but we don't store credit card numbers except with your permission and in one of our secured payment gateways).

When you visit our website, we automatically log some basic information, like how you got to the site, where you navigated within it, and what features and settings you use. We use this information to improve our website and services and to drive development of new products and services.

Sometimes we receive information indirectly. If you ask about our services through one of our partners, if you express interest at a conference or other event in which we are participating, or respond to an ad that we may place in a publication or online, your contact information will be passed on to us. We'll use that information to complete your request. If you engage with our brand on social media (for instance, liking, commenting, retweeting, mentioning, or following us), we'll have access to your interactions and profile information. We'll still have that information even if you later remove it from the social media site.

The last way that we receive information is through referrals. If someone has referred any of our services to you, that person may have provided us your name, email address and other personal information. See Opt Out, below, to have your referred information removed from our database. If you provide us information about another person, or if another person gives us your information, we will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to us.

Our products and services are not directed to individuals under 16. Facktor does not knowingly collect personal information from children who are under 16 years of age. If we become aware that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you believe that a child under 16 years has provided personal information to us, please write to info@facktorhealth.com with the details, and we will take the necessary steps to delete the information we hold about that child.

How we use your information (short version):

We do share information as needed a) with our marketing vendors, so that they can communicate with you on our behalf, per the permissions you have set and within the parameters of our client privacy policies b) with others as needed to complete your project c) with your consent d) in the extremely rare possibility that we are legally required to collect your information, or need it to protect your vital interests or those of another person.

In most cases, we either have your consent or need the information to provide the information or service you've requested from us. When that's not the case, we must demonstrate that we have another legal basis, such as our legitimate business interests.

Opting Out:
To opt out of future communications from Facktor. (other than those required for servicing your account), simply email us. In your email.

  1. State “Opt out” in the subject line. We won’t reject your request if you use a different subject line. This one will just help us address your request faster.
